Valiant Residential is seeking a Housekeeper to clean vacant units and property common areas, offices, and models’ units. You will work with maintenance staff and report issues to the supervisor to ensure spaces are market-ready.

The role requires attention to safety, organized work prioritization, and strong communication with residents and team members. On-site position in Katy, TX with standard hours, potential on-call requirements, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively interact with team members, residents, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Cleans vacant units and common areas according to schedule.
• Cleans model apartments and grounds to ready for showing and occupancy.
• Report maintenance problems to supervisor and assist with inventory control.
• Conduct safety-conscious work practices and adhere to company policies.
• Make ready units for new move-ins and verify appliances; inform Lead Maintenance of issues.
