ZRS Management is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to uphold the appearance and sanitation of the property and its models. The role supports the Property Manager and requires timely preparation of units and common spaces.

Responsibilities include cleaning, restocking supplies, and daily inspections. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, team-focused, and compliant with Fair Housing laws and company standards.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeep experience or related training.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Attention to detail and time management.
• Strong communication with Supervisor and coworkers.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain common areas, clubhouse, offices, restrooms, and guest suites.
• Prepare make-ready units within 3–5 business days.
• Maintain and request supplies to perform duties.
• Conduct daily inspections and touch-ups on models and leasing route.
• Comply with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
