Job summary

The Liberty Group in Portland, OR is hiring an experienced Apartment Community Maintenance Make Ready technician. This on-site role focuses on preparing vacant units for market readiness through turn-over repairs and improvements, including painting, tile, drywall, and trash-outs.

You will also maintain common areas, grounds, and provide outstanding resident service. A valid ID, reliable transportation, and own tools are required, with the ability to lift 50 pounds.

Qualifications

The Liberty Group is immediately hiring for experienced Apartment Community Maintenance Make Ready - Turn Key - Punch Tech.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements.
• Perform all make-ready duties including but not limited to: painting, vinyl tile, punch-out & sheetrock repair and trash-outs.
• Cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas.
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service.

Must meet the following qualifications:

• At least 6 months of apartment maintenance experience
• Valid I.D. required
• Have reliable transportation
• Own tools necessary to perform basic turns
• The ability to safely lift 50 pounds
