This role will prepare vacant apartment units for new residents, ensuring they meet our high standards of cleanliness and functionality. Duties include performing minor repairs, touch‑ups, and general maintenance tasks.

Job Duties

• Conduct thorough inspections of vacant units and identify necessary repairs or improvements.
• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including painting, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical work, and appliance installation.
• Ensure all units are cleaned, functioning, and ready for occupancy by new residents.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team and property management to address any issues promptly.
• Maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Assist with other property maintenance duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have your own tools.
