Richmark Properties, Inc. is seeking a dependable Make Ready Technician in Lewisville, TX to prepare vacant units for new residents. The role includes completing basic work orders, maintaining pools, and keeping grounds clean and presentable.

You will work with the maintenance team to ensure high standards. Ideal candidates have prior Make Ready experience or basic repair knowledge, must provide their own tools, and possess a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of general repair and maintenance.
• Must provide own tools for daily use.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Complete basic maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform unit turns/make readies to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of pools.
• Keep property grounds clean and well-maintained.
