Job summary

BG Staffing in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Make Ready Technician to prepare apartments for move-ins and support daily maintenance needs. This hands-on role requires experience in unit turns, basic electrical/plumbing, and appliance troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Make Ready or Maintenance Technician.
• General maintenance skills including basic electrical, basic plumbing, and carpentry/hardware installation.
• Appliance troubleshooting experience is a plus.
• Must have own tools.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Ability to perform physical labor.

Job Description

• Complete unit turns and make‑ready tasks
