Job summary

Candidates should have experience as a Make Ready or Maintenance Technician, own basic tools, and be able to perform physical labor.

Qualifications

• General maintenance skills including: Basic electrical, Basic plumbing, Carpentry/hardware installation, Appliance troubleshooting.
• Must have own tools.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Ability to perform physical labor.

Responsibilities

• Prepare units for move‑ins through cleaning, repairs, and touch‑ups.
• Perform light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks.
• Replace fixtures, hardware, and basic components.
• Maintain safe work practices and proper tool use.
• Communicate progress with onsite staff.
