Right at Home Austin West is seeking a compassionate Caregiver / PCA to provide in-home support in Austin and surrounding areas. You will offer companionship, assist with daily living activities, and help families maintain independence.

This part-time role offers flexible weekends, weekly pay, a $500 hiring bonus, paid training, and opportunities to grow with a friendly team that values dignity and respect.

Qualifications

• Experience providing companionship and support to clients in a home setting.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and basic care tasks.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to clients in their homes.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe living environment.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and diaper changes as required.
• Provide safe transportation to client appointments or activities.

Job Details:

• Schedule: WEEKENDS ONLY - Flexible schedules!! (Part time)
• Base Pay: $13 - $18 an hour - Competitive pay for your invaluable work.
• Special Requirement: Willing to drive at least 30 minutes to arrive at client's home. Experience with ADLs
