Incommunities is recruiting a Neighbourhood Housing Officer on a fixed-term basis to June 2029 to cover the BMDC contract. The role delivers high-quality housing management, inspections, and ASB support across a dispersed patch including Bradford, Keighley and Ilkley.

You will spend about 80% of your time in neighbourhoods, ensuring tenancy obligations are met, building strong partnerships, and driving customer satisfaction through proactive problem solving.

Qualificações

• Experience of dealing with customers face to face in a housing related role.
• Experience of working with customers and stakeholders to deliver sustainable improvements and positive outcomes for communities.
• Knowledge of dealing with anti-social behavior complaints.
• Demonstrable ability to write and communicate clearly to different audiences.
• Ability to gather, record and analyse data using manual and electronic systems.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a high-quality housing management service to customers and communities.
• Co-ordinate a full range of housing services to keep neighbourhoods safe and welcoming.
• Spend 80% of time out in neighbourhoods, visiting properties and inspecting tenancy records.
• Identify risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (gas, electrical, fire).
• Develop neighbourhood action plans with internal teams and external partners.
