Job summary

TEKsystems seeks an Incident Coordinator/Manager to lead incident response for production outages, coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders. The role focuses on operational leadership, governance, and communications rather than hands-on engineering.

The ideal candidate will manage incident bridges, drive restoration, and oversee post-incident reviews with ITIL-based processes, ensuring timely updates and documentation across the incident lifecycle. Hybrid work in Alpharetta preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading major incident bridges and coordinating cross-functional response teams.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow incident and change management modules.
• ITIL-based incident management knowledge and governance.
• Experience in fast-paced, highly available production environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary Incident Coordinator during outages and high-priority incidents.
• Lead incident bridges and coordinate technical responders and stakeholders.
• Ensure complete and accurate incident documentation, actions, timelines and RCA details.
• Drive post-incident reviews and process improvements.
• Coordinate change and release communications to minimize operational risk.
• Maintain SLA adherence and timely updates throughout incident lifecycle.
