Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree required. Masters Degree preferred.
• Five to seven years successful experience in major or planned gift fundraising preferably in higher education.
• Experience in developing donor engagement strategies and major gift solicitation.

Aufgaben

• Cultivate relationships with major gift prospects (>$25,000).
• Ask for annual gifts from constituents visited.
• Collaborate with university leadership and Advancement staff to solicit support for priorities.
• Monitor prospect contacts to ensure positive donor relations.
• Make 8-12 face-to-face meetings per month.
• Provide strategy counsel to university leaders and volunteers.
• Support campus-wide priorities: endowed chairs, scholarships, and capital projects.
