Job summary

• College degree preferred and 4–6 years of fundraising experience.
• Ability to personally solicit gifts of $10,000+.
• Strong interpersonal skills and discretion.
• Proven donor engagement and pipeline development.
• Self-motivated, with independent judgment and initiative.
• Excellent written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major gifts.
• Manage a portfolio of ~100 households and conduct donor contacts.
• Develop individualized cultivation and solicitation strategies.
• Lead donor engagement for campaigns and events.
• Prepare donor briefs and research materials for solicitations.
• Enter contact reports within one week of interactions.
