• 3–5 years of nonprofit fundraising experience with a proven track record.
• CFRE credential is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to travel locally and work some evenings/weekends.

Responsabilités

• Donor Cultivation and Major Gifts: manage 100–150 donors annually.
• Stewardship and Recognition: acknowledge gifts and coordinate recognition.
• Events: assist with fundraising events and leadership gifts.
• Team Building: collaborate with the team and director.
