The Philanthropy Officer, Central Vermont Medical Center, is a key member of the UVM Health Development Team. This role focuses on major donor solicitation and engagement, building meaningful relationships with donors, prospects, and community partners to grow a robust gifts portfolio.

Reporting to the Director of Philanthropy, you will develop and implement fundraising strategies, coordinate events, stewardship programs, and grants, and collaborate with Development Offices across UVM Health to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of fundraising, sales, marketing, PR, or communications.
• Experience with major gift cultivation and donor events.
• Proven frontline fundraising track record for gifts $25k+.
• Strong project management and operations experience.
