You will lead personalized cultivation plans, research prospective donors, and track progress in our fundraising systems; 5+ years in nonprofit development and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of nonprofit development experience; frontline fundraising is preferred.
• Proven track record closing gifts from individuals and families.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication; tact and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 125–150 major donors; cultivate, solicit, and steward gifts.
• Create personalized cultivation plans to retain and upgrade donors.
• Identify, research, and qualify prospective major donors.
• Track plans and outreach in the Development database; ensure transparency.
• Meet annual performance metrics and fundraising goals.
• Collaborate with colleagues on donor events and engagement activities.
• Participate in strategy sessions and share CPM knowledge across teams.
