Job summary

The Arc of Palm Beach County is seeking a strategic fundraiser who can build lasting donor relationships and inspire transformational giving to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

You will manage major gift prospects, develop cultivation and solicitation strategies, conduct donor meetings, and collaborate with executive leadership to meet fundraising goals while ensuring accurate donor records in the CRM.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of nonprofit fundraising experience.
• Proven success securing major gifts and cultivating donor relationships.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Experience using donor databases and CRM systems.
• CFRE certification required.

Responsibilities

• Donor cultivation and relationship management for major gifts.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of major gift donors.
• Develop cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies.
• Conduct donor meetings, site visits, and engagement opportunities.
• Maintain accurate donor information in the CRM and meet fundraising goals.
• Identify, research, and qualify new major gift prospects.
• Develop proposals and funding opportunities and collaborate with leadership.
