Job summary

Center for Transforming Lives in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Major Gifts Manager to develop and manage relationships with individual donors and key supporters, driving philanthropic revenue. This on-site role leads donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship, and oversees campaigns with collaboration across programs and leadership.

The role requires strong prospect research, compelling cases for support, and meticulous donor records management to meet fundraising goals and build long-term donor

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing Major Gifts portfolios with cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
• Knowledge of Planned Giving vehicles and opportunities for donors.
• Proven success in Annual Giving strategies, campaigns, and donor engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with major donors and supporters to grow philanthropic revenue.
• Create customized engagement strategies and gift proposals aligned with organizational priorities.
• Plan and execute major and annual giving campaigns with cross‑functional collaboration.
• Maintain accurate donor records and pipelines in the CRM system; provide reports and presentations.
• Conduct prospect research, meet with donors, coordinate recognition activities, and support planned giving conversations as needed.
