Rochester Regional Health seeks a Development Associate to identify, qualify, solicit, and steward major gift prospects, building a pipeline for leadership giving. You’ll work with Foundation colleagues, clinicians, and volunteers to move donors toward meaningful gifts.

With a target of at least $250,000 raised annually, you’ll use Raiser's Edge to document strategies and outcomes and participate in fundraising plans across assigned portfolios, while ensuring HIPAA compliance and attendance at

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum two years in fundraising, sales, or related field.
• Ability to support events on weeknights/weekends.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, qualify, solicit and steward major gift prospects.
• Maintain a pipeline; aim to raise at least $250,000 per year.
• Collaborate with foundation colleagues, clinicians, volunteers to develop donor relationships.
• Document activities in Raiser's Edge and track strategies.
• Execute fundraising plans for assigned portfolio; cultivate major gifts.
• Achieve annual metrics for visits, asks and gifts.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant fundraising activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
