Job summary

Flintridge Preparatory School is seeking a Director of Campaigns, Major Gifts & Stewardship to build and manage a major gifts program, cultivate donors, and lead campaign planning. • Requires proven track record in identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major gifts.
• Experience managing a major gift portfolio and campaign planning.
• Ability to analyze donor data and develop targeted asks.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of current and prospective major donors (25k+) and engage new prospects.
• Develop strategies for identifying, qualifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding major gift prospects.
• Lead planning and execution of campaigns, including Centennial Campaign, with leadership and trustees.
• Collaborate with Head of School to identify donor meeting opportunities and ensure follow up.
• Create personalized stewardship plans and donor recognition activities to strengthen relationships.
