Responsibilities

• Collaborates with hospital leadership and fund development staff to support health system priorities.
• Participates in discovery, cultivation, qualification, solicitation and stewardship of mid-tier and major gift prospects.
• Assists with advisory boards and community volunteers engaged in donor education and cultivation.
• Helps implement development initiatives and long-term fundraising plans.
