Job Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee executive protection teams and activities within a geographic region, ensuring the health, safety, and security of attendees at Bank of America events.
  2. Develop and implement security plans and protocols, including risk assessments and emergency response strategies.
  3. Manage security personnel, including hiring, training, and supervision.
  4. Coordinate with law enforcement, emergency services, and private security for event security.
  5. Conduct security surveys and threat analysis for upcoming events, traveling in advance as needed.
  6. Respond to security incidents, manage ongoing incidents, and perform first responder duties when necessary.
  7. Work closely with event planners, venue partners, and internal teams to ensure safety and security.
  8. Manage security budgets and expenses related to events.
  9. Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and stay updated on security technology and best practices.
  10. Lead or participate in security exercises and after-action reviews.
  11. Develop partnerships with key stakeholders and law enforcement agencies.
  12. Communicate security information effectively to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years in a security management role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience managing security teams and coordinating with law enforcement.
  • Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as CPP, PSP, or similar.
  • Background in law enforcement, military, or security services.
  • First aid and CPR certification (obtained within 6 months of hire).

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
