What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of Safety Operations activities and deliverables for Oncology and focused disease states
- Serve as the point of contact for Product Safety Teams and provide context for Adverse Event data for regulatory responses
- Collaborate with various departments to extract necessary data and reports, and support the preparation of communication materials
- Lead cross-functional collaboration and training initiatives to enhance Safety Operations processes
- Participate in audits and inspections, preparing relevant materials and supporting stakeholder groups
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related health sciences field; licensed healthcare professional preferred (RN, BSN, BS Pharm, PharmD)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry with a strong understanding of the drug development process
- At least 3 years of experience in pharmacovigilance
- Strong knowledge of global regulatory requirements impacting pharmacovigilance
- Proficient in case processing processes and strong communication and relationship management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years of experience as a Product Manager or in an equivalent role
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence across functions and globally
- Experience with cross-functional initiatives in drug safety
- Strong leadership presence and influencing skills
