As part of our team, you'll assist customers in finding ideal appliances and provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a high school diploma and retail sales experience, with comprehensive training provided.

The position supports a base salary plus bonuses, averaging $63,000 to $70,000 annually with benefits and a supportive work culture.

About the Role

Join Ace Appliance as a Major Appliance Salesperson and become an integral part of our Family Owned & Operated company. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who excel in a fast-paced environment and are eager to assist customers in finding the ideal appliances for their homes; we provide training. The position requires availability 5 days per week, Saturdays and weekdays, totaling 38-40 hours per week. You will get two days off per week. Position is base salary plus bonuses & commission and full benefit package. Total average annual pay $63,000 to $70,000 with benefits.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to assess their appliance needs and provide customized solutions.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to enhance customer knowledge and satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom to ensure an inviting shopping atmosphere.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales transactions using our point-of-sale system.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and promotions to effectively inform customers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales objectives and enhance customer service.
• Follow up with customers after their purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise as needed.

Requirements
