Job summary

Paddlefish, operated by Levy and part of Compass Group USA, is seeking a Maitre D to welcome guests with grace and coordinate seating for a premier dining experience. You will lead the front-door flow, ensuring a seamless start to every guest's visit.

Ideal candidates have fine dining or high-volume hospitality experience, with proficiency in OpenTable and a Friday–Sunday availability. Join Levy's renowned hospitality at Compass Group venues nationwide.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Required Friday through Sunday Availability.
• Proficiency in restaurant reservation and seating software (e.g., OpenTable).
• ServSafe or similar food safety certification preferred.
• Prior experience in fine dining or high-volume hospitality settings.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage waitlists and reservations to optimize flow.
• Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen, and management.
• Uphold dress code and presentation standards for host team.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalation when needed.
