Job summary

Paddlefish at Levy Sector in Orlando is seeking a Maitre D/Host to greet guests, manage reservations, and maintain high service standards in a fine-dining setting.

Responsibilities include seating guests promptly, coordinating with servers and kitchen, and upholding dress code while ensuring a seamless guest experience. Must be available Fri–Sun and have OpenTable experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Required Friday through Sunday Availability.
• Proficiency in restaurant reservation and seating software (OpenTable).
• ServSafe or similar food safety certification preferred.
• Prior experience in fine dining or high-volume hospitality settings.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage waitlists and reservations to optimize flow.
• Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen, and management.
• Uphold dress code and presentation standards for host team.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and escape when needed.
