Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is partnering with Major Food Group to introduce a premier dining experience. We seek an experienced Maître D to manage reservations, seating, and guest flow, collaborating with management, culinary, and service staff to deliver exceptional experiences.
The Maître D will greet guests, coordinate seating, and uphold service standards while leading the front-of-house team in a fast-paced, fine-dining setting.
Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is the flagship casino resort of Hard Rock International, owned by the Seminole Tribe of Florida. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Maître D to join our team!

The Maître D serves as the first and lasting impression of the restaurant, providing polished, personalized guest service in a fine dining environment. This role manages reservations and walk-in flow, coordinates seating and table pacing, and collaborates closely with the management team, culinary team, and service staff to deliver an exceptional and seamless dining experience.
Key responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, anticipating needs and resolving concerns with discretion, communicating menu features and special events as appropriate, and ensuring service standards and presentation are consistently upheld throughout the dining room.
- Proficient in computer skills including POS systems, Word and Excel.
Four (4) years of restaurant experience in a high-volume, fine dining restaurant required.
