Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is seeking an experienced Assistant Maître D to join our fine dining team. You will help manage reservations, guest flow, and seating, while partnering with leadership to deliver exceptional service.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Maître D to join our team!

The Assistant Maître D supports the Maître D in delivering refined, personalized guest service in a fine dining environment. This role helps manage reservations and guest flow, assists with table assignments and dining room pacing, and partners with restaurant leadership and the service team to ensure a seamless experience from arrival through departure.

Key responsibilities include assisting with guest greeting and seating, supporting VIP recognition and guest recovery, coordinating with the host stand and servers to maintain accurate wait times and smooth turns, and upholding service standards, appearance, and professionalism throughout the dining room.

Essential Job Functions
