Job summary

Major Food Group LLC, a hospitality leader, is hiring a Maitre D for Sadelle's Coconut Grove in Miami, FL. This full-time role oversees dining room operations and guest experience, coordinating staff and ensuring exceptional service.

The successful candidate will have 3 years of experience in high-volume and fine dining, with open availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; company benefits include insurance and PTO.

Responsibilities

• Greet & treat all guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction. Always strives to exceed guests expectations.
• Oversee dining room operation in a restaurant
• Help flow of traffic in and out of restaurant.
• Engage guests, act as an ambassador of the restaurant in both personality and knowledge.
• Interacts with guests as they arrive and as they leave the restaurant to ensure positive dining experience.
• Performs other duties as directed.

Major Food Group is hiring a Maitre D to join our team at Sadelle's Coconut Grove!

We are looking for a bright and dynamic hospitality professional with extensive knowledge of food, beverage and service to create an extraordinary experience for our guests. As one of the first points of contact with guests, the ideal candidates must exhibit enthusiasm, desire and all round passion for hospitality excellence.
