Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Prior experience in the restaurant industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and guest relations is important.
• Must demonstrate promptness, courtesy, and reliability.
• Flexibility in scheduling is strongly preferred.

Job description

The Host and Maitre'D is responsible for ensuring a friendly welcome, a departure greeting and the seating of all guests. They are also responsible for answering phones in a polite and prompt manner with appropriate scripting and records all reservations into the reservation system. They play an integral part of the flow and pace of our dining service.
