Job summary

SUSHISAMBA Las Vegas is seeking a friendly Host and Maitre'D to welcome guests, manage seating, and greet departing guests with warmth. You will answer phones promptly and record reservations in our system to ensure smooth dining flow.

This role emphasizes exceptional hospitality, flexible scheduling, and teamwork in a fast-paced setting, with full-time hours and a benefits package including PTO, health coverage, meals on duty, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Prior industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and guest relations.
• Prompt, courteous, and reliable.
• Flexibility in scheduling preferred.

The Role

The Host and Maitre'D is responsible for ensuring a friendly welcome, a departure greeting and the seating of all guests. They are also responsible for answering phones in a polite and prompt manner with appropriate scripting and records all reservations into the reservation system. They play an integral part of the flow and pace of our dining service. Service is always at the forefront soit’s essential for you to beexceptionally welcoming, dynamic and very friendly.
