Job summary

Kadima Healthcare Group is seeking a Maintenance Director to plan, organize, develop, and direct the general and preventive maintenance of the physical plant and grounds, ensuring compliance with policy and regulatory standards. The role reports to the Administrator and focuses on maintaining a safe, clean and accessible environment for residents and staff.

The primary purpose of the job position is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the general and preventive maintenance of physical plant and grounds as directed by the Administrator, to assure that our facility is maintained according to policy.
