Job summary

Apploi is seeking a Maintenance Director to plan, organize, develop, and direct the general and preventive maintenance of the physical plant and grounds in Five Points, PA. You will ensure facility compliance with policies and regulations, and lead the Maintenance Service department.

The role emphasizes supervision, preventive care, and timely repairs, with a focus on safety, accessibility, and cost-efficient upkeep for residents and staff in a long-term care environment.

Qualifications

• One year of supervisory experience required.
• Previous long-term care experience preferred.
• Experience in basic repair and maintenance such as plumbing, carpentry and painting preferred.
• High school Diploma or Equivalent required.

• Ensure that supplies are requested, approved and ordered according to policy.
• Oversee Maintenance Service department employees on a daily basis
• Maintains building appearance and accessibility for residents and staff by maintaining lawn and shrubs, snow removal, and picking up of litter and other debris

Education and Qualifications:
