Sage Glendale Senior Living in Glendale, CA is seeking a hands-on Part-Time Maintenance Worker to help keep our community safe, comfortable, and well‑maintained for residents and staff.

You’ll handle routine repairs, assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and equipment, support apartment turnovers, conduct safety checks, and coordinate with vendors. The role offers flexible hours and a friendly team committed to high‑quality living.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance, repair, or general handyman experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or general building maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Friendly, dependable, and comfortable working around seniors.
• Flexibility to assist with occasional weekend or evening needs.

Responsibilities

• Keep Things Running Smoothly: Complete routine maintenance requests, repairs, and preventative maintenance throughout the community.
• Put Your Skills to Work: Assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and other general building maintenance needs.
• Prepare Resident Apartments: Help with apartment turnovers and ensure spaces are clean, safe, and ready for new residents.
• Support a Safe Community: Assist with inspections, identify potential safety concerns, and follow building and safety requirements.
• Work with Vendors: Coordinate with contractors and outside service providers when needed.
• Be a Helping Hand: Provide friendly, dependable support to residents and team members throughout the community.
