Job summary

Sage Glendale Senior Living in Glendale, CA is seeking a hands-on Part-Time Maintenance Worker to help keep our community safe, comfortable, and running smoothly for residents, families, and staff.

You’ll perform routine maintenance, basic plumbing/electrical/HVAC tasks, and light repairs while ensuring spaces are clean and welcoming for new residents. Flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends is appreciated.

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance, repair, or handyman experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or general building maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Friendly, dependable, and comfortable working around seniors.
• Flexibility to assist with occasional weekend or evening needs.

Responsibilities

• Keep Things Running Smoothly: Complete routine maintenance requests, repairs, and preventative maintenance throughout the community.

• Be a Helping Hand: Provide friendly, dependable support to residents and team members throughout the community.
