Job summary

GO1 LLC is looking for an Apartment Maintenance / Make Ready Technician to perform general repairs and prepare units for occupancy in Oklahoma City. You will use hand and power tools to tackle routine maintenance tasks and minor renovations.

Ideal candidates have basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, strong troubleshooting skills, and reliable attendance. This is a full-time day shift with pay starting at $17+ per hour, DOE.
