Job summary

Lynco Properties is seeking Full Time Apartment Maintenance / Make Ready Technicians in Tulsa, OK. Candidates must have experience, be a team player, and have reliable transportation and their own tools.

Wage is $18.00–$22.00 hourly with benefits and opportunities to grow within the community maintenance team. Major responsibilities include completing work orders, preparing vacants for move-in, and performing make-readies (painting, fixtures, appliances).

Qualifications

• 1 year property maintenance experience required.
• Must be a team player and dependable.
• Reliable transportation and own tools required.
• Weekend availability and on-call duty may be required.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and other community maintenance tasks.
• Maintain community appearance of grounds, common areas, and amenities.
• Prepare vacants for move-in and make-readies (painting, fixtures, appliances).
• Review make-ready board and follow directions from manager for vacant apartments.
• Enter occupied units to perform repairs and replacements needed for occupancy.
• Order maintenance materials with approval of Property Manager.
• Be available for on-call duties and periodic maintenance cycles.
• Follow safety policies and company procedures.

Now Hiring for Full Time Apartment Maintenance / Make Ready Techs positions. MUST have experience. Must be a team player, dependable, motivated, have reliable transportation and your own tools. Pay is based on skill set and experience - + benefits

Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Complete work orders and other community maintenance
• Assists in maintaining the communities appearance by taking are of the grounds, common areas and amenities.
• Prepare vacant apartments for move in
• Make-Readys (painting, changing out fixtures and appliances, replace old plumbing, etc.)
• Review the make-ready board and follows through on direction from the manager to determine action to be taken on vacant apartments
• Enters occupied apartments to perform necessary repairs
• Make all repairs and replacements necessary for the apartment to be occupied
• Ordering maintenance materials, supplies, and products for the property with the approval of the Property Manager
• Ordering materials, supplies and products needed for the property with the approval of the Property Manager
• Available to be on call
• Completing tasks set for weekly, monthly and quarterly maintenance
• Follow company procedures regarding safety policies and procedures
