By far my favorite job. Love The Village and all it stands for. They are great to the residents and employees. Great pay and benefits. I love what I do and this job has been very rewarding. So very thankful!
I’m so glad I found such a wonderful place to work. This was a big change for me from my previous employers. You can’t find a better place for your loved ones to live and get to meet new friends. The food is good and care is amazing. So if anyone has a loved one that needs a good place to live I recommend The Village of St Edward at Wadsworth.
Excellent facility. Best I’ve worked for. Recommend anyone looking for a long term career to check out The Village. This is the kind of job that you keep until you retire.
As a non-profit, faith-based organization, we place people above the financial interests. Our decisions are based on what is best for our residents and community. As such, we will never ask a resident to leave if they outlive their funds.
