An employee in this class performs routine semi-skilled tasks in a variety of building trades and in grounds maintenance. Tasks are performed under the general supervision of either a Maintenance Mechanic or Lead Maintenance Worker depending on the area of work. Incumbents in this class may perform routine tasks independently, with completed tasks being inspected by a supervisor.

Salary Range: $37,139.00-$99,026.00
BUDGETED SALARY: $39,500.00/ANNUALLY

Certification:
