The Kensington in Cumberland, MD, part of Agemark Senior Living, is seeking a dependable Maintenance Worker to help keep our community safe, comfortable, and welcoming for residents. You’ll respond to repair requests and assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other building systems, and prepare apartments for move-ins.

We value hands-on professionals who can work with contractors, stay flexible for occasional evenings or weekends, and bring a friendly, team-oriented attitude to support

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance, repair, or related experience.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or other building systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A dependable, approachable attitude and willingness to work with seniors.
• Flexibility to assist with occasional evening or weekend needs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests and assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other building systems.
• Ensure resident rooms are clean, safe, and ready for move-ins.
• Assist with inspections, preventive maintenance, emergencies, and safety requirements.
• Work with contractors and team members to keep the community running smoothly.
