New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) is seeking a Maintenance Worker to respond to emergencies and perform elevator system repairs across NYCHA developments. The role includes servicing motor rooms, repairing lighting, and installing signage as needed.
Candidates must possess a NYS driver’s license and be willing to travel across all five boroughs. Shifts are rotating, including nights, weekends, and holidays. NYCHA offers sector benefits and a defined pension program.

LICENSE REQUIREMENT: A Motor Vehicle Driver's License valid in the State of New York is required for this position. This license must be maintained for the duration of the assignment.
Note: Candidates selected must be available to work and travel throughout the five boroughs; and will be required to work rotating shifts, including holidays and weekends.
