New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) seeks a Maintenance Worker for an 18-month temporary assignment with potential extension. Under direct supervision, The Maintenance worker will assist in the routine maintenance, operation and repair of public buildings and structures, and the equipment they contain; make necessary repairs to the various components and appliances in apartments; Conducts visual inspections of building equipment and conditions; performs related work, such as driving to and from work sites.
