Qualifications

• Proficiency with basic hand and power tools.
• Hands-on experience in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, flooring, and painting.
• Ability to perform outdoor maintenance and snow removal as required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

• Perform daily repairs and general maintenance, including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, and related tasks.

• Conduct routine inspections and address minor repairs promptly.
