Join a team focused on quality care and preventative maintenance, with a full-time schedule 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and a competitive hourly rate of $21–$25. Weekend availability may be required to support facility operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in facilities, remodeling, construction, or related fields.
• Experience removing wallpaper and finishing drywall.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building upkeep.
• Comfort using hand and power tools.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn facility systems.
• Must be available to work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily maintenance work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and general building repairs.
• Conduct routine building inspections and identify maintenance needs.
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
• Handle minor carpentry, painting, flooring, and repair projects.
• Replace HVAC filters and assist with routine HVAC maintenance.
• Safely operate hand and power tools.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff.

Acacia Care Rehab and Nursing Center is seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Technician to help maintain a safe, clean, secure, and well-functioning facility for our residents, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete daily maintenance work orders in a timely manner.


• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and general building repairs.


• Conduct routine building inspections and identify maintenance needs.


• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.


• Handle minor carpentry, painting, flooring, and repair projects.
