Air Mobility Command at Dover AFB seeks a flexible maintenance worker to perform building maintenance throughout the Eagle's Rest Inn lodging complex. Duties include plumbing, painting, electrical, carpentry, and grounds maintenance such as sidewalks, parking areas, lawn and planted areas.
The position requires the ability to read schematics, use test equipment like multimeters, voltmeters, and operate a variety of hand and power tools.
This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Eagle's Rest Inn on Dover AFB. Purpose of this position is to perform building maintenance duties throughout the lodging complex. Also to maintain grounds around lodging facilities to include sidewalk, parking, grass, and planted areas. This is a Flexible position. May work 0-40 hours per week as needed

Qualifying Experience: Must have general repair and maintenance experience in a variety of areas including common household plumbing, painting and plastering, electrical, and carpentry. Must have specialized experience in the field of electrical/electronics or similar maintenance, which required the use of test equipment such as multi meters, voltmeters, or other similar test equipment. Must have the ability to use a variety of common hand and power tools, and have experience in reading schematics and diagrams.
