Job summary

Air Mobility Command at Dover AFB seeks a flexible maintenance worker to perform building maintenance throughout the Eagle's Rest Inn lodging complex. Duties include plumbing, painting, electrical, carpentry, and grounds maintenance such as sidewalks, parking areas, lawn and planted areas.

The position requires the ability to read schematics, use test equipment like multimeters, voltmeters, and operate a variety of hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in plumbing, painting, plastering, electrical, and carpentry.
• Specialized experience in electrical/electronics requiring test equipment.
• Ability to read schematics and diagrams.
• Proficiency with common hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform building maintenance duties throughout lodging complex.
• Maintain grounds: sidewalks, parking, grass, planted areas.
• Flexible schedule; may work 0-40 hours per week as needed.
