Diamond Parking Service is seeking a Maintenance Worker to perform daily and scheduled maintenance, repair, and cleaning of parking stations and facilities. The role supports safe, attractive properties and efficient operations across multiple sites.
The position requires basic education, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends, and overnight as needed for snow removal and maintenance tasks. Travel between sites may be required.

Work Schedule: This role is required to work during normal business hours, with overtime, weekends, or overnight hours as needed for maintenance and snow-clearing operations.
Work Location: In‑person at assigned parking stations and facilities, with travel to various sites as required. May be relocated or transferred without notice. Eligible for cross‑border travel between the U.S. and Canada.
The Maintenance Worker is responsible for the daily and scheduled maintenance, repair, and cleaning of assigned parking stations and/or facilities. This position ensures Diamond Parking properties are safe, attractive, and operating efficiently.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.
