Aerotek is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Welder to work in Mequon, WI. In this permanent position, you will focus on welding and maintaining components for conveyor systems while ensuring high-quality production standards.

This role focuses on welding and maintaining components that will be assembled into conveyor systems. You will interpret blueprints, use quality tools, and operate a variety of fabrication equipment to produce high-quality welded assemblies in a production environment.

This position operates in a clean and organized shop environment, focused on fabrication and welding for conveyor systems. You will work primarily on a first‑shift schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The role involves regular use of welding equipment, grinding tools, quality instruments, and other fabrication machinery in a production setting. The environment emphasizes safety, organization, and consistent workflow throughout the shift.
This is a permanent position based out of Mequon, WI.
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
