Job summary

RJW Logistics Group in Mesquite, TX seeks a Maintenance Utility Worker to support the Maintenance Safety Manager, coordinate with vendors and contract mechanics, and keep all equipment in good condition. This role reports to the Maintenance Manager and requires strong problem solving and teamwork.

Shift is Monday–Friday, 7am–3:30pm, with a pay rate of $22 per hour. RJW offers a competitive benefits package and exciting pay incentives, plus an Employee Ownership Program designed to reward

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Professional verbal and written communication.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

Assist Maintenance Safety Manager with vendors and contract mechanics.
Maintain all company equipment and perform routine repairs.
Read and interpret manuals and blueprints as needed.
Respond to after-hour emergencies and be on-call when required.
Work with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Provide good communication and problem resolution with team members.
