Chick-fil-A Great Lakes Crossing is seeking a Maintenance & Utilities Team Member for the Grand Opening. No experience is required and on-the-job training is provided. We offer day and evening shifts, with both full-time and part-time hours and competitive wages with potential raises in the first three months.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, welcoming environment for Customers and Team Members.
• Follow Food Safety, Service and Cleanliness procedures as directed.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
• Maintain cleanliness of Customer and Team Member areas.
• Be on time for shifts and work with teammates to support operations.
• Perform maintenance duties such as cleaning, repairing equipment, rotating chicken, taking out trash, restocking areas, and assisting others as needed.

What You Will Do

Some responsibilities of all Team Members include:

• Provide a safe, welcoming, and kind environment for all Customers and Team Members
• Execute all procedures as laid out by leaders (this includes Food Safety, Service, and Cleanliness models)
• Work hard in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
• Proactively contribute to the cleanliness of both Customer and Team Member areas
• Respect your teammates by being on time for shifts

Specific Maintenance Team Member job duties include:

• Clean every area of the Restaurant, including dishes
• Fix equipment and other facilities and utilities issues
• Rotate chicken to ensure product availability
• Take out trash
• Restock the Hospitality and Kitchen areas of the Restaurant
• Serve other Team Members when they are in need
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Work on your feet for up to 10 hour at a time
• Lift heavy loads up to 50 lbs
• Other duties as assigned and needed
