Chick-fil-A Great Lakes Crossing is hiring for a Maintenance & Utilities Team Member. No experience is required; training is provided. We offer both full-time and part-time shifts, with day or evening options and a competitive hourly wage.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean restaurant, fixing equipment, stocking areas, and supporting teammates in a fast-paced environment. Applicants should be reliable, coachable, and ready to contribute on Fridays or Saturdays.

• Provide a safe, welcoming, and kind environment for all Customers and Team Members.
• Execute all procedures as laid out by leaders (Food Safety, Service, and Cleanliness).
• Work hard in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
• Proactively contribute to the cleanliness of Customer and Team Member areas.
• Respect teammates by being on time for shifts.
• Clean every area of the Restaurant, including dishes.
• Fix equipment and facilities and utilities issues.
• Rotate chicken to ensure product availability.
• Take out trash.
• Restock the Hospitality and Kitchen areas.
• Serve other Team Members when they are in need.
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly.
• Work on your feet for up to 10 hours at a time.
• Lift heavy loads up to 50 lbs.

What You Will Do
